EPC Contract signing Ceremony – The wastewater treatment system stage 1 of Vinasoy Binh Duong Factory

After the successfully completion of project “The wastewater treatment system of Vinasoy Tien Son Factory in Bac Ninh Province, total capacity for 2 stages: 1,500 m3/day” as a general contractor, Koastal Eco Industries was trusted and continually awarded the EPC contract for “The wastewater treatment system stage 1 of Vinasoy Binh Duong factory, capacity 2,000 m3/day” by signing the EPC contract with the Investors – Quang Ngai Sugar JSC.

The wastewater treatment procedure is the combination of Mechanical treatment process and Biological treatment process. Detail as following:

  1. Mechanical treatment process: strictly removal of oil & grease, suspended solid and soy’s seed coat/plumule that causes foul odor and inhibit bacterial growth.
  2. A chain of anaerobic/ anoxic/ aerobic process: strictly removal of pollutants in wastewater as organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus.

In addition, the treatment system can handle the overloading when the factory happens accident with the sudden high flow.

The quality of treated wastewater will meet the standard requirements for discharged waste water into the sewage system focused VSIP – IIA.
