1. Overview of Phuc Dien Industrial Park – Hai Duong

Phuc Dien expanded Industrial Park, covering an area of approximately 200 hectares, is situated in Binh Giang District, Hai Duong Province. The project is developed by Trung Quy-Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company with a vision to becoming a multi-sector industrial park. Its primary focus is on attracting investments across various sectors, including agricultural and forestry product processing, organic fertilizer production, leather, footwear, and garment manufacturing, construction materials, electronics industries, warehousing and logistics services, etc. Especially, Phuc Dien Industrial Park benefits from the advanced internal infrastructure comprising modern internal transportation network, electricity system, water supply system, wastewater treatment system, robust telecommunications service and other facilities.
